Tickets $95 per person, all inclusive, dinner and wine pairings
Space is limited to 100 diners
Tickets are available in advance at the Windmill Market. No tickets will be sold at the door. No admittance without ticket.

MENU
Menu subject to change based on chefs discretion and seasonal availability.
The entire menu will be a variation on a theme: using various pork cuts from a Heritage Breed black pig we have been raising and fattening on whole foods in preparation for this feast. We also have the use of one wild hog at our disposal to be incorporated into the menu.

Appetizer
Tapas and Charcuterie Board with local wild boar sausage, local pickled vegetables, cheeses and more
Pairing: Fairhope Brewery Beer- Fairhope 51

Salad
Local baby lettuce greens topped with seasonal fresh fruit, Sweet Home Farm Cheese, pig cheeks and crispy pork skin topping tossed with a loquat vinaigrette
Pairing: Wine to be selected 

Entree
“Whole Hog” featuring various cuts of pork prepared various ways (roasted loin, smoked meats, cured meats, etc) served with a selection of homemade jams, homemade mustards, pickled local vegetables, sauces and spices making an array of flavors for the palate
Served with roasted mixed local vegetables
Pairing: Wine to be selected 

Dessert
A light and refreshing lemon buttermilk softcake with fresh local fruit compote and whipped cream

Wine pairings for each course will be selected by Marcie Kinsey of Pinnacle Wines.

DIRECTIONS
From Fairhope take Highway 104 east and turn left (north) on Highway 181. Follow 181 for roughly 2 miles. When the white fencing on the left ends, turn in the next drive. There will be signage on Highway 181 letting you know where to turn and where to park.
