Ryan Glass is the chef and owner of Camellia Cafe in Daphne, Alabama. He earned his Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from the acclaimed New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. Ryan nurtured his culinary talent at such fine eateries as Hot and Hot Fish Club in Birmingham, AL and Martini House in Napa Valley, CA.
